Tom is the founder and lead consultant at Emerald Talent Consulting. He is an HR solutions and outsourcing professional with over 25 years of experience providing leadership, consulting and advisory services to the world’s most complex and innovative companies. A graduate of Le Moyne College, Tom has extensive experience advising and consulting on talent strategies and best practices.
Prior to founding Emerald Talent Consulting, Inc., Tom was the Senior Vice President of Global Solutions and Services for Pontoon Solutions, a division of The Adecco Group. Tom also served as the Vice President of Professional Services for Randstad Sourceright, a division of Randstad.
Tom is a hands-on leader whose approach leverages extensive experience in MSP solutions architecture, implementation transformation and technology enablement. His extensive experience in talent acquisition and innovative workforce solutions has lead him to implement strategies in numerous countries, from mature to developing markets, partnering with small, agile start-ups to multi-billion-dollar companies with complex, global environments.
